Ownership and Rights
All rights, title, and interest in the final audio works created by us remain the property of the business unless explicitly transferred in writing. Customers are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the final song for private, non-commercial purposes only, unless a separate commercial licence is purchased. We retain the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and license any created works for promotional, commercial, or other business purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Commercial Use
Standard purchases do not include commercial rights. Customers may not resell, distribute, or monetise the songs without prior written permission or an appropriate commercial licence.
Revisions and Delivery
Each order includes a defined production process as stated on the product page. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges. Delivery is digital only and will be provided via email or downloadable link.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalised and digital nature of the product, refunds are not available once work has commenced. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
